Meridian Studio / Architecture / Concept project

Rebranded marketing site + client portal.

Complete refresh: new brand system, Astro-based marketing site, and an authenticated portal for clients.

This is a concept project — an illustrative scenario showing how we work, not a real client engagement.

The story

Meridian Studio had been operating with the same WordPress site for six years. The design looked dated, the brand no longer reflected the practice's evolved positioning, and project delivery ran on a shared Google Drive folder that clients accessed through a link in an email. The firm was pitching for larger commercial commissions and needed a digital presence that matched the sophistication of their built work. They also needed a secure, branded portal where clients could view drawings, milestone reports, and approval requests without relying on email attachments.

We started with a full brand refresh: new typography, color system, and photography direction that conveyed design credibility without feeling cold. The marketing site was rebuilt on Astro with a focus on performance and SEO. Every page loads in under one second and scores 100 on Lighthouse.

The client portal is a custom web application with role-based access, document versioning, and audit logging. Clients log in to a personalized dashboard that shows their project timeline, current drawing sets, and pending approvals.

Time on page for the marketing site increased 54 percent after launch. Inbound qualified leads tripled, driven primarily by the updated project pages and a targeted search campaign we ran alongside the launch. The practice won two of the larger commissions it pitched in the following quarter and cited the improved digital presence as a factor.
